Where to stay in Berlin:

The best way to get around Berlin is to use the public transportation that works in an excellent way. The transport system is fully integrated and the rate is unified, i.e., purchased tickets can be used both on the subway and on buses/trams. Berlin is divided into three zones: A, B and C and there are basically four types of public transport: U-Bahn, S-Bahn, electric tram and buses. Train
The S-Bahn is a surface train system that leads to the most remote locations, but it also has several lines and stations in the city center. Bus
There are more than 100 bus lines and 22 electric tram lines circling the city. The bus and tram points (Haltestellen) are identified with a post/column with the symbol H. At points you will find tables with information about the lines that pass at that point and the times when the buses/trams will pass. Our tip is to do the tour with bus line 100 (Bus #100). This line is practically a tourist line as it passes near the main sights of Berlin on its way between the Zoologischer Garten station and the Alexanderplatz.
